Lévi is an actor, director and UQÀM graduate. His celebrated work in front of the camera (Chouchou, Ils vécurent heureux, La Chute de Sparte, Falcon Lake) helps him approach filmmaking from every angle, from directing and writing to cinematography and even editing for his short films. His debut short, Trajectoire d’un corps perdu, picked up multiple festival wins, including the Prix Coup de cœur from Post-Moderne. Lévi’s work combines a distinctively sharp visual sensibility with a deep focus on human storytelling. He’s clearly a versatile artist, navigating easily between acting and directing with a coherence rooted in listening, attention to detail, and artistic intuition. We can’t wait for the release of his next short film and the web series he’s preparing to direct this summer.
